Ralph + Smith were part of the project design team working with the University Estate and Executive Project Team and Architects. As the furniture and space consultants we planned, specified and project managed £2.5 million of furniture for 5 buildings on the new site.
The 70,000 sq ft Senate Building houses a ground floor café, office space, classrooms and the Vice Chancellor's office and meeting space.
The classrooms and admin furniture were specified as a template to be rolled out throughout the campus, whilst the café, reception, meeting rooms and exterior furniture and finishes were specified to compliment the building's executive status.
