Gearset has grown to become the most widely used DevOps solution for Salesforce developers with thousands of customers worldwide and bases in the UK and Chicago. They were recently awarded the number one best tech company to work for in Cambridge by Best Companies.

Ralph + Smith were approached to space plan, specify and procure the furniture for their Cambridge office space. Gearset had outgrown their current offices at the Bradfield Centre on the Cambridge Science Park. The scale up space at the Bradfield Centre made it possible for Gearset to continue to grow within the purpose-built Tech Hub.

The brief was to achieve 70+ additional desks into the space, as well as private phone booths and informal meeting zones.
