Ralph + Smith were awarded the Central Spaces interior design and FF&E contract after a vigorous competitive design process for the ‘new’ Sydney Smith Room.
We fulfilled the brief for a versatile conference facility that could be used for dining during the day or evening; the challenge was to design the space and specify suitable FF&E to facilitate two very different room functions.
Modular mobile tables were specified to allow flexibility with numbers for meetings and dining, together with hidden AV and adjustable lighting to suit the mood requirements of the clients.
