"We cannot speak highly enough of Ralph + Smith! From the very first consultation to the final unveiling of our refurbished office, Chloe and Claire demonstrated exceptional creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail. They took the time to understand our vision and business needs, translating them into a space that is both functional and stunning.
The new office has not only improved productivity but has also elevated the morale of our team. Clients visiting our space are equally impressed, often commenting on how welcoming and modern it feels. If you're looking for a design company that truly listens, collaborates, and delivers beyond expectations, look no further than Ralph + Smith. We are thrilled with the results and can't recommend them highly enough!"

"I am delighted to share my experience with Ralph + Smith that recently completed a three-month refurbishment of two floors in our 10-year-old building. Their commitment to excellence was evident from the start, and they delivered the project on time and within budget, which was truly impressive.
The results are nothing short of fantastic, perfectly mirroring the original design concept while incorporating modern enhancements. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship delivered by their contractors are outstanding, and the refurbished spaces have significantly improved our working environment."

As the innovation hub of the University of Cambridge, Cambridge Enterprise provides expertise and investment support to researchers and innovators, enabling them to thrive within the broader Cambridge ecosystem, driving entrepreneurship and fostering innovation.
The refurbishment of the Hauser Forum building, was formed upon the success of the IdeaSpace initiative that R+S completed earlier this year (see case study projects) Ralph + Smith were invited to create an interior design scheme, drawing inspiration from the IdeaSpace aesthetic, working to a budget and while navigating the practical challenges of working within an occupied building.
The primary objective was to create a more dynamic workspace that promotes movement and collaboration within the building. To ensure the design met the needs of its users, we engaged with staff and teams through a comprehensive survey, gathering insights to inform detailed internal space plans. Working within the existing constraints of the partitioning, we reorganised teams across two floors of the building. In addition to the workspaces, we were able to deliver new multifunctional and collaborative spaces:
Focus Project/Meeting Room
Collaboration/Informal Meeting Room
Business Lounge adjacent to the existing events space.
Contemporary and collaborative Teapoint
Ralph + Smith supplied furniture to create the new collaborative spaces, while integrating legacy furniture within the scheme, ensuring that the new finishes and overall look and feel tied together seamlessly.
