Brooklands is a groundbreaking new workplace in Cambridge, featuring the city’s first major Net Zero Carbon office building. The campus’s central buildings, B1 and B2, are linked by a colonnade that frames a landscaped courtyard, creating a welcoming, collegiate feel.

Our team was responsible for the design and development of the campus-wide wayfinding and signage strategy. This refined, contemporary system was created to align with the architectural vision and provide intuitive, user-friendly navigation. We worked closely with contractors to perfect every detail, ensuring the signs were durable and met our aesthetic and functional goals.

Additionally, we collaborated with architects Allies and Morrison to curate the FF&E for the multi-tenant reception area. Our expertise and product knowledge helped realise the vision for a non-traditional reception, resulting in an innovative, timeless space. By carefully integrating every finish and fabric, we created a calm and inviting environment where tenants and visitors can relax, connect, or work.
